Online project for IMT Chapters: Keskuspuisto Helsinki - Kennemerland - Brügge - Béziers
Welcome to take part to Twinning Online Project organized by international-multi-twinning chapters JCI Keskuspuisto, JCI Kennemerland, JCI Brügge and JCE Béziers . The project consist of 3 online events (and teamwork sessions) described below more in detail.
This is a great chance for each participant to grow the international network and get to know people from other Twinning chapters. We'll have fun activities like gaming night as well as workshops and teamwork sessions to find best practices to tackle the COVID-19 locally. The aim is to find innovative ways to organize the JCI activities and support the local society during and right after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Activities will be held between May and June 2020.
Program
1) Gaming and team building evening
03 May 2020 - 19:30 (20:30 in Finland)
• A fun kick off event with all the JCI members wishing to participate the project.
• Participants will be divided into smaller teams beforehand (around 5 people in each team, hopefully 1 (or 2) person from each chapter).
• Mik from JCI Kennemerland will plan gaming/puzzle activities in order to help people to get to know other Chapter members and especially people in their team.
2) Introduction Workshop on the topic
15 May 2020 - 19:30 (20:30 in Finland)
• During the workshop there will be a short introduction to the topic and the working methods. After that we’ll use fun and interactive methods to collect any ideas and solutions from the participants.
• At the end of the workshop we will have finally 2-5 main topics and each team can choose the topic they prefer.
3) Working in teams
May 2020 (2-3 weeks altogether)
• The participants will have 2-3 weeks time to dig deeper in their topic and to collect more ideas and possible solutions in the teams they have been divided into.
• During this time the team will preferably meet up 1-2 times.
• Each team will compile a short report/ presentation which they can implement any way you want (report, PP presentation, video etc.)
• The outcome will preferably include the suggested solutions and concrete plans of action.
4) Presentation of solutions
04 June 2020 - 19:30 (20:30 in Finland)
• Final meeting for all the participants. Each team will present their solutions and suggestions to others the way they want (PP presentation, video etc.)
• During the meeting there is also time to discuss about the proposed solutions.
The presentations and results will be shared with each chapter.
